Best times for opks
I’ve read that as close to 2pm is best for testing. Does it differ for different people?
I’ve decided that this month I’m going to take a test every time I go to the loo to see if I can see a pattern but wondered what everyone else does?
2pm is usually really awkward with work and so I usually couldn’t take one until 6pm which feels a bit late.
