confused

i took a test the other day, i got a faint positive.. now im actually. day late on my period and i got no line at all.. ive ben having heartburn on and off for 4 days now, cramping real bad for a week now. food adversions.. i really had a feeling im pregnant and nos i fedl so discouraged😢😢
