Severe cramping, no bleeding

So today I’m 5 weeks pregnant. Last night about an hour after dinner I rushed to the bathroom with horrendous cramping in my tummy, I was doubled over, started on my left. I also had an upset tummy at the same time which was a one off as I’ve not had it since. Is this a sign that something is wrong? I feel totally fine today and my morning sickness seems to have gone.
