Actually feel like I'm going crazy!

So I'm roughly 11 weeks and had an absolutely normal scan at 7 weeks and all booked in with the midwifery service.

However I'm still terrified that I'm going to go to my next scan and be told I'm no longer pregnant!

Got loads of symptoms: the most painful boobs, nausea, heartburn, bloating. But I've convinced myself that it only because if the meds. Made worse because symptoms are now reducing as I've reduced my meds

Is this just me or have others felt like this? Is this normal for pregnancy or heightened due to the journey we have had to come through?
