My SO and I had sex last night without protection. I’m not on birth control and I didn’t put in my vaginal contraceptive gel, he didn’t pull out either. I opened my app this morning and of course it says yesterday was my ovulation day and 22% chance of pregnancy soooooo now I’m freaking out. I DID put in a contraceptive gel as soon as we were finished- could this help to prevent pregnancy? I’m suppose to put it in before and after but I only did after.
