Tmi but help!!!

Got a positive ovulation test on the 19th of December, so I’m possibly 9 dpo and I’ve just wiped and got this? I’ve been cramping since 22nd of December and I’m feeling sick and taking dizzy spells. BFN pregnancy test tho? But is it too early?
