Lower belly pain

Hi ladies, it might sounds so annoying but I have been having this sharp pain in the lower part of my belly. I feel like I do have an urine infection as I can see that my pee is clear. also have some brown and white mucus at one point. 🤷🏾‍♀️It's not normally a good sign. I just want some clarity. If it is I will go and see the doctor straight away. 🤦🏽‍♀️
