I got a 4 faint positive pregnancy test before missed period was it was due yesterday but yesterday I started heavy bleeding and passing small blood clots does this sound like I’m having a early miscarriage I went to the doctors and said it’s possible I will still be pregnant after the heavy bleeding or I may be miscarrying can anyone give me some advice.
