Just found out I’m pregnant

Hi my lovelies, hope your all well!

My last period was the 12th April and I just found out I’m pregnant… I honestly feel lost and I’m not sure what I should do. My boyfriend seems a bit off with me & rn I’m choosing not to focus on that. Do I need to book an appointment with my doctor or hospital. Ps: I live in the uk
