Is it normal to be disappointed?

Katie

I have always had extremely painful periods, and recently I decided I needed to talk to a doctor about it because it was affecting my everyday life and I was getting really depressed always being in pain.

Sex is painful, periods are painful, I lose feeling in my legs.

So they decided to send me for an ultrasound to check for endometriosis or other growth.

The doctor who did it said she couldn’t see anything unusual or to indicate anything.

Is it bad that I’m disappointed that they didn’t? I just feel like it would be better if I had an actual answer about my pain, rather than just feeling like him always going to be stuck like this.
