Cervical smear
Help! I am 34 so way too old to only be just having first cervical smear but here I am with an appointment next week. My family is extremely conservative so always said not to bother if no issue and my mum said most humiliating experience ever when she went. I need to do this but any tips on not being mortified / relaxing beforehand? Also if a male can I politely decline? Feel bad even feeling so anxious at my age!
