Mucus plug ???

Hey so I’m currently 37+2 weeks today and this morning I’ve wiped and see this I don’t know if this is my mucus plug or no or it’s it’s just bits but I am getting some period pains really bad like as if I just started my period 😭 no blood nothing just this after I wiped any ideas ??

That's very yellow to be regular discharge I'd monitor it

That just looks like discharge to me. My mucus plug has been really thick and jelly like. It's normal to have an increase in discharge, especially towards the end.
