I had unprotected sex at the end of September and it is now 3 months from then, I didn’t know the guy prior to the night and never kept in touch since. He’s my friends roommate and he told me he regularly has other people round who he sleeps with. I got a UTI and got antibiotics for this, I was completely fine for a week and it felt like it came back, I started taking d-mannose tablets because I saw this would help. In which it did in intervals so I thought I’d get a powder version of this to put in water, this helps only sometimes but then I started to notice like a cream/ sometimes a greenish colour of discharge in my vag. I also have discharge that was clear, I talked to my friend and she assumed this was bv, I was planning on going to the doctor but it’s so hard getting an appointment. I therefore got a gel treatment and was praying this would work because the pain was stopping me from going into uni, it changed nothing and I’m still experiencing pain and the discharge is still present. I’ve done a UTI test and am waiting on the results, if it’s not this I’m not sure what else to do! I’ve read about boric acid suppositories and I’m hoping this may be my cure but does anyone know what this could be or experienced this before because it’s interfering with my daily life for 3 months now.
