What would cause an 24 year old die with an massive heart attack?

This girl i know is in medical school. She was cooking breakfast when she died. I still don't understand why young adults are dying without warnings and having heart attacks out of the blue. This is so.scary! I have no family history of heart problems.

This is really sad but really isnt something new thats happening....happened to a kid in my brother's highschool (hes 48 now so decades ago), happened to my friend from grad school's husband he was in his 20s (we are in our 40s now), both passed away. Happened to me at age 43 no health issues but fortunately I survived, turns out I have SVT (it's a type of arrhythmia) and have likely had it for many years, I had issues with palpitations and dizzy spells but they diagnosed it as anxiety/panic attacks and hormonal fluctuations (because they need to catch it while it's actually happening) until one day I had what was like a heart attack but no clogged arteries, they had to inject me with something to stop my heart and restart it but thank God I am mostly okay now, just have to avoid my triggers. Other issues do arise in young people eg cancer, my brother's former roomate had a stroke at age 40 I think, my friend got lymphoma in her 30s....very sad especially so young, but it's life unfortunately.

Could be anything….family history of heart disease. Some other underlying health that she was in aware of.
