Ovary aching?

Hi all , I'm suffering with a lot of aching in what feels like my left ovary. I'm currently 12dpo AF due 12th Feb and had lots of preg symptoms (bigger boobs, going to toilet more, general aches, tiredness, acid reflux) is this aching normal? Did hpt 9dpo and bfn. I'm hoping this is our month 🙏
