I just fell down the stairs... ?

I am 6 weeks pregnant and I just fell down the stairs as I was leaving for work, I landed on my bum and hand. I feel fine but I am incredibly worried, I am just about to start work so I will keep a check on myself.

I tripped over a gate and fell directly on my belly when I was 8 months and everything turned out fine!  Just take it easy and watch for any cramping or blood.  You should be just fine, accidents happen!

Thanks everyone, I'm just back from work, everything seems okay just now. I got a wee fright but I'm really clumsy so I know it won't be the last time ?

You cant really hurt baby that early on, its well hidden inside you. my mam fell down the stairs 8 month preg with my sis! She was totally fine xxx

I really wouldn't worry too much! That baby is heavily guarded by fluid and strong muscles. Just watch for bleeding...sorry you fell :(

Omg I did the same thing the other day! I hope you're okay. I'm sure you will be fine just in shock. As you said keep an eye on yourself and those stairs in future! X
