So bubs is now 3 days old and my milk came in on day 2 and they are just so sore. The pain is awful, they are lumpy and whatever I seem to do it makes no difference 😭 I've done hot flannel compresses, hand expressing, pumping for the first 5 minutes before BF, massaging the lumps.... and when bubs feeds sometimes between 10-30minutes they don't seem any softer than before she fed. I am having to use shields as she can't latch onto me because they are like Rocks!
