On the 15jan I had chemical pregnancy I just bled for 2 days not that bad or clots

It’s been a week doing OPK tests due to cm and been coming postive I had the cold so DIDNT do the deed in this cycle

Was feeling odd did the hcg test fmu and shows this am so fed up with this

What is going on

On the 15th jan when they did my bloods they said it’s 1 hcg level

Can anyone see
