I have had my nipples pierced for over 2 years and tonight I was changing my shirt, I chose a halter top with thin straps. This top happens to have some padded lining so you don't need a bra. Well while I was putting it on the strap caught on the barbell and ripped it about 90% of the way through. The wound bled quite a bit but stopped, the weird thing is it did not hurt and it still doesn't hurt. I removed the barbell, cleaned, and placed a cotton round with few strips of medical tape around it to protect the wound. I will be going to my piercer on Tuesday (closed Sunday and Monday), and a doctor tomorrow. my hope is it will heal well and I can repierce it. Appreciate any advice!
